ENTREPreneurship Education for Migrant Women in FASHION

About the project:

The Erasmus+ supported project will focus on empowering migrant women who face particular challenges in accessing entrepreneurial opportunities in the fashion industry. Through a holistic approach, we aim to equip these women with the necessary resources and support systems to succeed.

Our goal is to empower migrant women through e-learning concepts to gain in-depth knowledge in business management, business idea generation and business planning so that they can successfully start their own business in the sustainable fashion industry. In parallel, we provide specialized training for vocational orientation and career planning trainers so that they can effectively integrate the essential concepts into their teaching to promote future-oriented vocational education and career planning.

Our activities include curriculum development, vocational training, mentoring, peer support, evaluation, dissemination and sustainability initiatives. These measures are tailored to the specific needs of women from diverse backgrounds to acquire entrepreneurial skillsets coupled with sustainable textile knowledge in the fashion sector.

We are full of optimism and excited about the potential of our project! We hope to see a wave of innovation in the second-hand fashion industry, led by visionary migrant women. The idea of 'Second Love Cloth Agents' is just one example of the creative possibilities that could open up for us. We anticipate a development that not only strengthens entrepreneurial skills and creates a supportive network, but could also have far-reaching positive effects on social inclusion, economic empowerment and industry cooperation.

This is the beginning of an exciting journey in which we want to shape the future of fashion sustainably together, open to all the surprises it may bring us.

Let's look forward to this promising future together!
